Program Descriptions

Drills & Skills: Volleyball/Badminton: This program teaches the basic skills of serving, setting, bumping and positioning in the game of volleyball all while being active and having fun. On other days enjoy a twist and learn skills related to the game of badminton.

Drills & Skills: Fun & Fitness: This program will feature a different game every week, such as soccer, baseball, bump, etc. Keeping Youth motivated, active and having fun.

Drills & Skills: Floor Hockey/Ringuette: This program teaches the basic skills of stick handling, passing and receiving, shooting and positioning in the game of hockey and ringette all while being active and having fun.

Drills & Skills: Basketball: A program available for youth to learn the game of basketball in a fun environment. Participants will perform drills to increase their technical abilities and participate in brief games.

Drills & Skills: Squash: If your child enjoys racquet sports then come on out and try your hand at Squash. This program is designed for those who are interested in learning how to play squash or for those who already have been playing for while.

All In One: A program designed to incorporate many different aspects of fun and social interaction. The youth in this program participate in a variety of programs during their time including gym games, swimming lessons and crafts. (This program incorporates your 1 swim lesson included in your membership.)

Y Kids Club: The benefits of physical activity are numerous. Physically active children are leaner, more physically fit, have lower blood pressure, have increased beneficial HDL Cholesterol, improve their psychological well-being and lower their risk of cardiovascular disease. The Y Kids Club takes all of these simple facts in mind while including short lessons on healthy eating and cooking as well as a physical activity component.
