Teen Schedule

The North Bay YMCA offers a variety of programs to help keep teens active and healthy. Check out our Teen Schedule below. **All Programs Begin September 17th**

Teen/Adult Cycling (Drop In)
Tuesday 5:15 – 6:00 (Ages 12+)
Thursday 5:15 – 6:00 (Ages 12+)

This group cycling class is designed for adults and teens using music to motivate, focusing on fun, endurance, strength and stability. All fitness levels are welcome.

Coach’s Corner (Registration Required)
Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 – 8:30 (Ages 13-17)

Each week, this course will focus on the fundamentals, skills etiquette and rules of various sports and recreational activities with in-class sessions, gym time and outdoor activities focusing on team building skill development, coaching and leadership techniques. Through this course, participants will have the opportunity to achieve their CPR as well as link up with a local team to practice their skills.

This program, consisting of three classes over a one week period, gives teens the opportunity to learn about safe and effective use of equipment in the YMCA fitness centre. Participants will be able to work out on their own upon successful completion of the program.
