Get Back to Fitness with the YMCA

It’s a new year and it’s the perfect time to get back to fitness with the YMCA.

The YMCA is now offering a new variety of drop-in classes for all fitness levels. Here are some of the highlights:

The Ultimate Bootcamp
Tuesdays and Fridays @ 12:10pm
Get in shape with this intense 40 minute bootcamp workout! You will be challenged with a variety of agility, strength, plyometric, and cardio drills to get your body in tip top shape!

Legs, Bums & Tums
Tuesdays @ 6:00pm
A cardio component followed by exercises focusing on strengthening your legs, glutes and abdominals. Resistance training equipment and steps may be used.

Pulling Your Weight
Thursdays @ 12:10pm
This class uses a combination of your body weight & strength equipment to push you to your limit.

Can Ya Handle it Bootcamp
Thursdays @ 6:30pm
Are you up for the challenge? Test yourself in this endurance based conditioning workout. Push yourself to the limit. All fitness levels welcome.
