2016 YMCA Member Survey Results


Early in 2016, YMCA Canada conducted its national SAM Member Satisfaction and Involvement Survey, the twelfth survey since its inception in 1995. The purpose of this survey is to:

  • To collect member feedback on the outcomes they achieve, program quality and service delivery
  • To identify high performing centres and best practices
  • To provide member feedback to support operational decisions
  • To stimulate action that improves the member experience and involvement

More than 400 adults and families from our YMCA participated in the survey and we have received the survey results and compiled the data to share with you.
