Infant and Preschool Programs
The North Bay YMCA offers a full range of youth and preschool programs for children age 6 months to 5 years. Our programs are specifically designed to stimulate a child’s creativity, social skills and imagination while fitting in with mom and dad’s schedule. Our goals is to provide a safe, fun and supportive atmosphere where your child can develop into a confident, happy and caring individual. Children will participate in structured team building activities while also having time to explore their new surroundings and make new friends.
When you entrust your child to us, you will have peace of mind knowing that they are looked after by our well-trained professional staff. Our staff is carefully selected and have relevant experience to ensure quality care. They are friendly and open and are able to relate easily to parents and children.\
Playcare
This is a service offered Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 1:30pm and Monday to Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 pm to provide caregivers the opportunity to drop off a child for supervised fun and games while enjoying the YMCA facility. (Caregivers MUST remain at the YMCA.) Children 6 months to 6 years are welcome at a cost of $2.00 per hour per child.
