Camp Tillicum is a 77-acre site located about 35 minutes from North Bay on the beautiful South Shore of Lake Nipissing. Since 1986 the YMCA, on behalf of the Rotary Club of North Bay, has been providing safe, fun and exciting outdoor activities. At the YMCA Rotary Camp Tillicum, our goal is to help participants grow physically, mentally and spiritually. Using a natural camp site and providing challenging activities in both small and large group settings under the guidance of caring, well-trained staff members, YMCA Day Camping gives children an experience that lasts a lifetime. This experience is grounded in certain objectives that characterize all YMCA programs, such as:

YMCA Summer Club
Get ready for a fun-filled day at YMCA Rotary Camp Tillicum. Enjoy a variety of activities and planned programs with your very own group and team leader. Activities at camp include swimming and water sports/games in Lake Nipissing, canoeing, kayaking, arts and crafts, basketball, soccer, low ropes, archery and much more! Subsidized spaces are available for those who qualify.
YMCA Leaders in Training Program
Do you love camp and dream of one day becoming a counselor? The YMCA Leaders in Training Program is the perfect opportunity for young leaders to have a hands-on experience in camping leadership. This course focuses on YMCA leadership training, conflict resolution, behavior management, program planning, team building activities and cooperative games, resume writing and volunteering.
