Easy Fit (Registration Required)

Perfect for members with arthritis, osteoporosis and hip and knee replacements this class is the land version of the Hydrotherapy class (below).
Pilates (Registration Required)

A low impact workout ideal for any level of fitness. When practiced regularly, Pilates helps develop strength and flexibility, along with lean, toned muscles. Focusing on the core, it also improves poster and better overall balance.
Hydrotherapy (Registration Required)
Tuesday and Thursday 11:15am – 12:00pm
This class takes place in the therapy pool with a focus on low (or no) impact involving large muscle movements at a slower pace. Functional mobility, joint and spinal stabilization along with postural awareness are the main objectives. Perfect for members with arthritis, osteoporosis and hip and knee replacements.
Weight Loss Challenge (Registration Required)
Tuesday 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday 10:15am – 11:15am
Are you up for the Challenge? This course will begin with a weigh-in once per week followed by a meeting where you will learn proper exercises & nutrition. You will be given a tracker to record your exercise progress as well as your food choices for each day. Prizes will be awarded for each person that achieves their goal.
Tai Chi (Registration Required)
Tuesday 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Practiced in China since ancient times, Tai Chi maintains health, overcomes sickness and promotes vitality and longevity. It combines breathing activities with soft flowing body movements. Students will learn short Tai Chi sets to start and then progress with longer sets.

Stress Management and Relaxation (Registration Required)

Learn how to relax the mind and body while coping with stress. Develop a positive attitude and learn how to laugh again! Bring a light blanket and a small pillow.
Line Dancing (Registration Required)
Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Beginner)
Wednesday 7:30pm – 9:00pm (Intermediate)
Beginners learn the basics of Line Dancing including vines, weaves, shuffles and coaster steps to name a few. If you have already learned the basics, try our intermediate class with faster music and more complex moves.
